Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must have recent experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Walkie Rider in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately according to company procedures
- Assist with daily warehouse operations
- Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for transport
- Load trailers and containers safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Follow instructions from supervisors and leadership staff
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience picking and fulfilling orders
- Minimum 3 years of Cherry Picker (Stand-Up Forklift) experience
- Minimum 3 years of Reach Truck experience
- Minimum 3 years of Walkie Rider experience
- Experience using RF scanners and shipping scanners
- Proven warehouse experience in a distribution or logistics environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently while maintaining safety standards
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
- Turret Reach Truck experience is preferred
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
Candidates must have strong warehouse equipment experience and a solid work history demonstrating reliability, safety, and productivity.
