Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule: Rotating 36/48 schedule, working every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate: $36.00–$40.00/hr

Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Computer systems and forklift experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferred.
- Knowledge of plastics or polymer manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- No rideshares or couples.
- Must pass a background check (no theft, violent, sexual, drug charges, or felonies).
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment calibrations.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, downtime, and parts usage in the CMMS.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Communicate equipment status and repair updates with production and maintenance teams.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
