Machine Technician Job Details
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52,000–$63,000 annually (based on experience)
Location: Middletown, OH

Machine Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Clean background check and drug screen required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of machine maintenance experience required.
- Blow mold experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
About the Machine Technician Role
As a Machine Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the operation of production equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Manage production lines and support production employees.
- Complete required production and maintenance documentation.
- Perform daily quality checks and ensure production standards are met.
- Maintain warehouse organization and equipment readiness.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining equipment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase production efficiency.
