Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hour plus uncapped commission (commission eligibility begins after the first 30 days if quotas are met)

Inside Sales Representative Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) required
Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
Documented experience selling Property & Casualty insurance and meeting sales goals preferred
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency systems
Dependable, professional, and coachable attitude

About the Inside Sales Representative Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and text to discuss insurance options
Follow up on warm leads and agency referrals
Quote, present, and sell insurance policies
Cross-sell and up-sell coverage based on client needs
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Schedule appointments for licensed agents as needed
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Meet monthly sales and activity goals
Stay up to date on insurance products and compliance requirements
Support agency growth and client retention through relationship building
