Schedule: 1st Shift (schedule provided during onboarding).
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

Packer Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to climb, bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work multiple assignments as needed.
About the Packer Role
As a Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Follow all instructions provided by the line leader.
- Verify production materials against BOMs and job cards.
- Assist with on-the-job training as directed by the line leader.
- Follow all GMP, PPE, and company safety requirements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Load and unload production lines as needed.
- Palletize finished products for shipment.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform general production and packaging duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S practices.
