Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.

Production Operator Job Details

Schedule: B Shift (EPB Building): 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, rotating 2 days on/3 days off.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Lebanon, OH

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Resume and interview required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to record production data and communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a team environment and rotate between work areas.
Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
Steel-toe boots required.
Open to second-chance candidates (no sexual or violent offenses, and no multiple offenses).

About the Production Operator Role

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operate manufacturing equipment while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Perform quality inspections, measurements, and record production data.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Recognize and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
Perform preventative maintenance and machine start-up checks.
Complete line changeovers and tool changes when required.
Load and unload parts during machining, plating, or assembly operations.
Assemble automotive brake components according to production standards.
Transfer materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
Work in multiple manufacturing areas as assigned to support production needs.
