Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Line Operator.
Production Line Operator Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM on a 36/48 rotating schedule. Mandatory overtime required. Associates work every other weekend and receive an additional $1.00/hr for weekend shifts.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr

Production Line Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required (client will certify).
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work a rotating 36/48 schedule, including every other weekend.
- Ability to lift, stack, and manually handle production materials throughout the shift.
- Strong attendance and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
About the Production Line Operator Role
As a Production Line Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production process equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, stack, and palletize finished materials.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
- Monitor production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Complete daily production paperwork and required documentation.
- Perform material handling and inventory movement as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors.
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
