Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a High Pressure Production Operator.

High Pressure Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 36/48 rotating schedule, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Mandatory overtime required. Associates work every other weekend.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential for nights and weekend shifts
Location: Walton, KY

High Pressure Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Previous forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred; certification provided by the client).
  • Ability to work a rotating 36/48 schedule, including every other weekend.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to cross-train in multiple production departments.
  • Strong attendance and reliable transportation required.
  • Tour and client approval required before assignment.

About the High Pressure Production Operator Role
As a High Pressure Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Operate and monitor high-pressure production equipment, vessels, and transport systems.
  • Set up, initiate, and monitor production cycles according to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and adjust production processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Collect and prepare product samples for quality testing.
  • Operate talc spraying equipment and related production machinery.
  • Enter production, machine, and quality data into company systems while maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the production area.
  • Cross-train in fabrication, extrusion, talc spray, and other production departments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
  • Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and quality problems to the Team Lead.
  • Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
