High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing experience required.

Basic computer skills required.

Previous forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred; certification provided by the client).

Ability to work a rotating 36/48 schedule, including every other weekend.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Ability to cross-train in multiple production departments.

Strong attendance and reliable transportation required.

Tour and client approval required before assignment.

Operate and monitor high-pressure production equipment, vessels, and transport systems.

Set up, initiate, and monitor production cycles according to specifications.

Troubleshoot equipment and adjust production processes to maintain quality standards.

Collect and prepare product samples for quality testing.

Operate talc spraying equipment and related production machinery.

Enter production, machine, and quality data into company systems while maintaining accurate paperwork.

Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the production area.

Cross-train in fabrication, extrusion, talc spray, and other production departments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and quality problems to the Team Lead.

Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours.
