Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Florence, KY

Lab Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous laboratory or chemistry background required.
- General knowledge of chemical or batch manufacturing preferred.
- Laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask.
- Resume required.
About the Lab Technician Role
As a Lab Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform quality control testing on finished products and samples.
- Prepare samples for customer shipment.
- Assist with testing and calibrating laboratory equipment.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Record and document testing results accurately.
- Follow established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment or product concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively to support production quality.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
