Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (Increase to $17.00/hr after a successful 90-day review)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than six (6) points required.
- Proof of current automobile insurance required.
- Ability to complete required training and certifications.
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to assist with daily living activities and mobility.
- Strong communication, compassion, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), your responsibilities will include:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Promote independence while encouraging participation in daily routines and community activities.
- Monitor health and well-being while following established care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities as assigned.
- Follow all safety procedures, agency policies, and confidentiality requirements.
