Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00/hr

Shipping & Receiving Specialist Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Background check required.
- Drug screen required.
- 3–5 years of recent forklift experience required.
- 3–5 years of recent shipping and receiving experience required.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics experience required.
- Previous lead or warehouse leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent attendance and stable work history required.
- Reinforced toe shoes required.
About the Shipping & Receiving Specialist Role
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform inventory organization, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
- Support kitting, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment projects.
- Process customer returns and inspect products for quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.
