General Labor/Forklift Operator Job Details
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: Full-time, 6AM-3:30PM

General Labor/Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
About the General Labor/Forklift Operator Role
As a General Labor/Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, stack, store, ship, and transfer materials and supplies.
- Band and identify materials.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate entry-level production equipment according to established procedures.
- Process, package, and ship orders.
- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Assist with inventory tracking and data entry.
- Operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized production areas.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
