Crown Staffing is hiring for a Shop Helper.
Shop Helper Job Details
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Franklin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Shop Helper Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, calipers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to safely use or learn to use standard hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Mechanical repair, carpentry, pipefitting, or fiberglass experience is a plus.
About the Shop Helper Role
As a Shop Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with repairing fiberglass and mechanical equipment.
- Assist with basic carpentry, pipefitting, and laminating tasks.
- Organize tools and equipment throughout the shop.
- Sort, label, and store items in designated areas.
- Help maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Report product malfunctions and other issues.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Participate in required safety training.
- Assist with various shop duties as assigned.
