Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, rotating 36/48 schedule. Must be able to work every other weekend. Overtime is mandatory when required.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Tour/interview required before placement.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Computer experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (client will certify).
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and gym shoes required.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production process equipment.
- Perform manual handling and stacking of materials.
- Palletize finished products.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials.
- Monitor production processes and equipment.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production goals while following all safety procedures.
