Schedule: A/B Rotation, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (2 on / 3 off)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to complete quality checks and production paperwork.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Assemble automotive brake components according to production standards.
- Load and unload materials and components into equipment.
- Perform quality inspections and record production data.
- Monitor production equipment and report quality or safety concerns.
- Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete line changeovers and tool changes as assigned.
- Perform housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and production work instructions.
- Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
