Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Die Maker.
Die Maker Job Details
Schedule: 5:30AM- 1:30PM | Monday- Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Middleton, OH

Die Maker Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous employer reference checks required.
- 5-panel drug screen required.
- No violent or drug offenses.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand work order instructions.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including fractions and geometry.
- Ability to safely use hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift awkward-shaped and large packages.
- Ability to work in a plant environment.
About the Die Maker Role
As a Die Maker, your responsibilities will include:
- Install rubber on rotary and flat cutting dies according to work order instructions.
- Select the appropriate glue, rubber type, height, and placement for each work order.
- Strip and re-rubber cutting dies returned for repairs or revisions.
- Run proofs of rotary and flat cutting dies using the appropriate materials.
- Monitor rubber inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
- Wrap and package completed cutting dies for shipment.
- Follow company quality guidelines and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
