Electroplating Operator Job Details
Monday – Friday | 1:30pm to 10:00pm | $16-18 Range
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Electroplating Operator Requirements
- Electroplating/Metal finishing experience
- ISO quality mgmt systems experience
- Forklift license is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Shows good communication and listening skills
- Is dependable
About the Electroplating Operator Role
As a Electroplating Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set, Start and shutdown nickel plating line
- Responsible to work with chemical laboratory to maintain solution parameters
- Responsible for preventative maintenance activities on the production line
- Works to achieve scheduling priorities on the line
- Works to ensure safe practices and company policies and procedures are being followed
- Works closely with support supervisors to coordinate and schedule tasks/projects
- Work to ensure ongoing success of company housekeeping and organization objectives
- Reads and accurately interprets shop paper, provides feedback on issues and changes
