Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Captain.
Line Captain Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, must be able to work some Saturdays and be flexible with start time
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Line Captain Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Chemical experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and write in English; testing required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
About the Line Captain Role
As a Line Captain, your responsibilities will include:
- Support manufacturing operations and help ensure the production line operates efficiently.
- Perform assigned tasks while following cGMP and quality standards.
- Follow written procedures and work instructions accurately and consistently.
- Provide guidance and support to line workers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Maintain productivity and support team production goals.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
