Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Tarper.
Tarper Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Silver Grove, KY

Tarper Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a good work history.
- No more than 2 no-call/no-shows in a year.
- No felony within 5 years.
- No violent felonies or theft or sexual offenses.
- Other felonies and misdemeanors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Must be able to perform very physical work involving frequent moving and lifting.
- Drug screen required.
- Special background check required before assignment approval.
About the Tarper Role
As a Tarper, your responsibilities will include:
- Work outside in the mill area.
- Move material throughout the work area.
- Shovel material as needed.
- Perform physical work involving frequent moving and lifting.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
