Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must provide a copy of high school diploma or GED before interview or start.
- Reliable transportation required — no bus line.
- Must complete a facility tour before moving forward.
- Must be clean-shaven; mustache or small goatee is acceptable.
- Must be able to wear an N95 mask for the entire shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to go up and down several flights of stairs throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and stack 40–50 lb. boxes.
- No felonies within 7 years; other background results are reviewed case-by-case.
- Drug screen required; THC is not tested.
- No cell phones allowed on the production floor.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Package powder coating.
- Stack 40–50 lb. boxes.
- Clean the workstation and machinery.
- Perform quality checks on materials.
- Shrink wrap completed packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
