Pay Rate: $70,000–$85,000/year

Production Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing leadership experience required.
- Experience supervising and developing production employees.
- Strong understanding of production workflow, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage and prioritize daily production activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and provide direction to production employees.
- Ability to monitor production schedules, output, and quality standards.
- Experience working with tools and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate production and repair records.
- Ability to work in a hands-on production environment.
About the Production Supervisor Role
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and directly oversee a team of 10–15 production employees.
- Oversee the teardown of medical beds and stretchers, including disassembly, inspection, sorting, and tagging of components.
- Direct refurbishment and repair work, including sanding, painting, frame and weld repair, and replacement or repair of mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Oversee the rebuild process to ensure beds and stretchers are properly reassembled.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections and functional testing.
- Monitor daily production throughput and identify workflow bottlenecks.
- Assign daily work and reallocate staff or resources as needed.
- Train and coach employees on production procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of units processed, parts used, and work completed.
- Coordinate with inventory and supply teams to ensure required parts and materials are available.
- Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Provide regular production, quality, staffing, and project updates to management.
