Screw Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM–3:45 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Hamilton, OH

Screw Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Connector PPW required.
- Connector background check required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Previous machine setup/operator experience preferred.
- Maintenance, mechanical, automotive mechanic, or trade school experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to use tools and machinery safely.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Screw Machine Operator Role
As a Screw Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate Acme and Davenport screw machines.
- Load bar stock into machines.
- Fill machine fluids and remove chips from equipment.
- Perform tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments.
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality specifications.
- Monitor production and inspect parts for quality.
- Assist with troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
- Assist other operators with tool changes and equipment setup.
- Assist with training other employees on screw machine operation and setup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
