Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hr, based on experience

Floor Manager Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Client interview required.
- Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee daily operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
About the Floor Manager Role
As a Floor Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily workflow and shop floor operations.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
- Select, train, assign, coach, and develop employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Support production efficiency and workflow improvements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Enforce company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate department updates, policies, and operational needs.
- Oversee lead operators and operators.
- Work closely with inventory control to manage materials and reduce loss.
- Support the effective use of equipment and department resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
