Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Material Handler.
Material Handler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Walton, KY

Material Handler Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- 1–2 years of stand-up forklift experience required.
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Reach truck experience preferred.
- RF scanner experience required.
- Hazmat experience preferred.
- Ability to read pick tickets, issue sheets, and bills of lading.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
About the Material Handler Role
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Distribute materials to production lines using issue sheets.
- Verify components and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Report damaged inventory and product discrepancies.
- Maintain FIFO inventory control.
- Operate sit-down, reach truck, stand-up forklift, and electric pallet jack equipment.
- Operate shrink wrap and pallet banding equipment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading.
- Verify finished goods for release.
- Follow all FDA guidelines, SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
