Equipment Operator Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers
- Valid CDL required
- Previous construction or site-development experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate equipment in an active construction environment
- Strong attention to safety and job-site procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate skid steers, excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment
- Perform excavation, grading, and material-moving activities
- Support storm utility installation and site-development work
- Assist with retaining wall construction
- Load, move, and place materials as directed
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow project plans, instructions, and job-site safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members
- Perform additional construction duties as assigned
About the Equipment Operator Role
Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity in Georgetown, KY. This position will support a major factory expansion project involving storm utility installation and retaining wall construction.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, holds a valid CDL, and is committed to working safely and
