Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Forklift Operator.
Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Erlanger, KY

Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Double forklift experience required; double forklifts use four forks instead of two.
- 2+ years of outbound warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and safely move materials.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to complete handwritten or computer-based documentation.
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work around noisy conditions, slippery surfaces, spilled product, torn cans, broken glass, hot water, and cleaning chemicals.
- Strong work history and reliable attendance required.
- Must be willing to work a Wednesday–Saturday schedule.
- Shorts are permitted.
About the Forklift Operator Role
As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a double forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Support outbound warehouse operations.
- Move and stage products as needed.
- Assist in other areas of the facility as assigned.
- Complete required documentation and inventory records.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support daily production and warehouse operations.
