Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Lebanon, OH

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and understand safety, operating, and maintenance instructions written in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to record production data accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform physical work, including walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Support manufacturing operations throughout the assigned production area.
- Load and unload castings into CNC mills, lathes, and multi-drill machines.
- Produce parts according to established standards and cycle times.
- Load and unload machined castings onto plating racks.
- Monitor plating processes and maintain production standards.
- Move materials between machining, plating, and assembly areas.
- Perform quality inspections and record production data.
- Make equipment and process adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Complete equipment changeovers and settings adjustments.
- Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and minor operator maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and production procedures.
