Lawrenceburg, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Assembler Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow all safety and quality procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and stack tile according to production requirements
- Grade and place tile in the correct location on production machines
- Inspect tile to ensure it is properly positioned and straight
- Rework incorrectly positioned or defective tile as needed
- Insert tile into cardboard boxes, operate taping equipment, and place finished boxes on pallets
- Load cutting machines with tile and scoop tile into crates
- Assist with additional duties in the cutting area as directed by the Plant Manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
