Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
Wednesday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 5:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.94/hr
Location: Etna, OH

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on a production line.
- Ability to perform general cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Must be a team player.
- Spanish-friendly work environment.
- Composite-toe shoes required.
- Jeans required; no holes.
- T-shirt required; no inappropriate content.
- Hair must be pulled back.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Work on the production line making boxes.
- Build and stage customer orders.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, floors, and tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
