Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and other daily needs.
- Monitor and document resident conditions.
- Report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and team members.
- Follow all patient-safety, infection-control, and hygiene procedures.
- Complete additional patient-care duties as assigned.
