Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Heavy Labor Associate.
Heavy Labor Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Occasional Saturday overtime may be required.
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Heavy Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to perform hands-on, physically demanding work.
- Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment.
- Ability to support different areas of the plant as operational needs require.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Hair no longer than shoulder length preferred for safety purposes.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including colder conditions during winter.
About the Heavy Labor Associate Role
As a Heavy Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform hands-on production and general labor duties.
- Support welding, production, logistics, and other plant operations as assigned.
- Move and handle materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Assist with daily manufacturing operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
