Driver/Warehouse Associate – Chesterfield, MO
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Driver/Warehouse Associate in Chesterfield, MO!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Driver Pay: $21.00/hour after successful training and transition to the driver role

Position Overview
This position starts in the warehouse and provides an opportunity to transition into a company Driver role after successful training. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are interested in a long-term opportunity.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Assist with inventory and stock organization.
Driver Responsibilities
After successfully completing training and transitioning to the Driver role:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
- Load and unload delivery items as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Warehouse or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to start in the warehouse and train for the Driver position.
Compensation
- Warehouse: $16/hour
- Driver: $21/hour after successful training and transition
