Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in O’Fallon, MO
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | $16

● Unloading incoming trucks 

● Organizing and storing inventory 

● Picking and packing customer orders 

● Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock levels 

● Supporting manufacturing inventory needs 

● Eventually interacting with customers and the sales team as responsibilities grow 

● Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

● Regularly lift and move boxes weighing 35–50 pounds 

● Position is labor-intensive and requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift 

● Physically capable of performing warehouse work 

● Strong work ethic 

● Trainable and willing to learn 

● Good listener who follows directions

 ● Smart, dependable, and self-motivated 

● Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow alongside the company 

● Comfortable working in a small business environment with a team of two employees
