Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Quality Control Inspector.
Quality Control Inspector Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, with mandatory overtime
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Quality Control Inspector Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Must be able to move approximately 1,000 parts per shift weighing 15–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Ability to walk frequently throughout the worksite.
- Ability to bend frequently and perform occasional repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to pass a near-vision test.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow inspection, sorting, safety, and quality procedures.
- Must be flexible to work other shifts when 2nd shift is not running.
- Must be available to drive to other work locations as needed.
- Must follow the required dress code and PPE requirements.
About the Quality Control Inspector Role
As a Quality Control Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform onsite inspections, sorting, and quality control projects for customers.
- Inspect parts and materials according to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Sort and organize parts based on established inspection criteria.
- Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts.
- Move and handle parts weighing approximately 15–50 lbs.
- Maintain productivity while processing approximately 1,000 parts per shift.
- Communicate inspection, sorting, and project concerns to the assigned Lead Inspector, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Maintain accurate inspection and project documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
- Support production and quality goals while maintaining strong attention to detail.
