Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Kitter in St. Charles , MO!
Monday-Friday | 2:30pm- 11pm |18.47/Hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from and develop kitting priority lists.
- Create and maintain kit item numbers, locations, and carts in IQMS.
- Configure and document cart layouts, labels, and max work order sizes.
- Build and maintain BOMs (Bills of Material) and item IDs in IQMS.
- Train and hold manufacturing associates accountable to kitting standards.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure materials meet production schedules.
- Support purchasing and production management with process improvements.
- Assist with physical inventory preparation, counting, and data entry.
- Maintain departmental paperwork accuracy and system dashboards.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with bar code readers, computers, and ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
- Ability to train and lead team members effectively.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
