Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr, based on experience

Welder / Fabricator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Experience working with steel and performing fabrication.
- TIG welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand measurements using a tape measure.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and fabrication.
- Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
About the Welder / Fabricator Role
As a Welder / Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
- MIG weld heavy and light steel pipe.
- Weld galvanized and powder-coated steel materials.
- Fabricate steel gates and fencing components.
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to welding and fabrication.
- Prepare and assemble steel components according to specifications.
- Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and fabrication standards.
