Warehouse Associate Job Details

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Location: West Chester, OH

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic typing and computer skills.
Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to bend, lift, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move totes weighing up to 49 lbs.
Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the workday.
Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, or not air-conditioned.
Ability to follow all safety, attendance, and workplace procedures.

About the Warehouse Associate Role

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities may include:

Pick and pull merchandise for customer orders.
Ship and monitor customer orders.
Down stock merchandise and products.
Receive incoming supplies and products.
Process returns and backorders.
Perform quality control checks.
Prepare, organize, and stock boxes of additional products.
Use scan guns to collect positional data and update company systems.
Maintain organization throughout the warehouse.
Utilize computers and other available tools accurately and efficiently.
Provide professional and courteous customer service when assisting with calls and emails.
Maintain accurate inventory and order information.
Follow department procedures, performance standards, and work schedules.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
