Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Cut Line Operator.
Cut Line Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Middletown, OH

Cut Line Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Forklift experience preferred and highly needed; training provided.
- RF Scanner experience preferred; training provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work safely.
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in multiple positions throughout the production line.
- Ability to maintain strong grip strength and safely lift materials as required.
- Ability to squat, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to walk throughout the facility for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About the Cut Line Operator Role
As a Cut Line Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform assigned tasks on the production line safely and efficiently.
- Work effectively at different positions throughout the production line.
- Support overall production line operations.
- Perform duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the shift.
- Use RF scanners as needed after training.
- Operate a forklift as needed after training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
