Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Powder Coater/Painter.
Powder Coater/Painter Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Hamilton, OH

Powder Coater/Painter Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous painting, powder coating, or related trade experience required.
- Trade school completion is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related problems.
- Ability to learn new equipment and processes.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
About the Powder Coater/Painter Role
As a Powder Coater/Painter, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate the powder coating system.
- Load and spray powder according to production requirements.
- Hang and remove uncoated products from the production line.
- Operate powder coating ovens.
- Set up powder coating equipment for production.
- Change powders and adjust the powder handgun as needed.
- Make machine adjustments using standard mathematical calculations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Assist with powder coating troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Assist with training other employees on powder coating operations and equipment setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
