- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

Welder Requirements
- Previous professional welding experience required
- Completion of a welding program through a trade or vocational school required
- Experience welding hollow metal products preferred
- Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to prepare metal surfaces and components for welding
- Ability to inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and specifications
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment
- Interest in developing into a potential leadership role is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Weld hollow metal frames in a warehouse manufacturing environment.
- Perform welding and preparation work on hollow metal doors as assigned.
- Prepare components and surfaces before beginning welding operations.
- Position and align metal components according to work instructions.
- Operate assigned welding equipment and tools safely.
- Inspect completed welds for appearance, strength, and accuracy.
- Identify and correct welding defects when possible.
- Report material, equipment, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain consistent productivity while meeting quality standards.
- Keep welding equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
- Assist with related fabrication and warehouse duties as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
About the Welder Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time opportunity in Lexington, KY. This position focuses primarily on welding hollow metal frames and may also include preparation and welding work on hollow metal doors.
The ideal candidate will have formal welding-school training, hands-on welding experience, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Highly experienced candidates who demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills may have an opportunity to develop into a leadership role.
