Assembler – 1st Shift
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule Information
- 1st shift
- 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Overtime may be required
- Specific workdays to be confirmed
Assembler Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to assemble axle components and related parts
- Ability to read and follow bills of materials, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to operate assigned tools and equipment safely
- Ability to identify and report safety or quality concerns
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain an efficient production pace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Steel-toe boots required
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble axle components and related parts according to work instructions.
- Read and follow bills of materials and production guidelines.
- Verify that the correct parts and materials are used during assembly.
- Operate assigned hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming parts.
- Maintain an efficient work pace while meeting production goals.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Report safety, equipment, and quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support production deadlines and customer requirements.
- Participate in process-improvement and team initiatives.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company safety, PPE, and quality procedures.
- Perform additional assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned.
