- 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Coating Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred
- Ability to mix chemicals and catalysts according to established instructions
- Ability to follow chemical-handling and workplace-safety procedures
- Ability to operate assigned production and coating equipment
- Ability to load, unload, inspect, and package parts
- Ability to stand frequently throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to identify damaged or nonconforming products
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Commitment to proper use of personal protective equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Mix chemicals and catalysts according to approved formulas and work instructions.
- Prepare coating materials for assigned production runs.
- Operate and monitor coating and production equipment.
- Load parts into assigned machines or production areas.
- Unload completed parts and move them to the appropriate location.
- Inspect coated parts for defects, damage, coverage, and overall quality.
- Separate and report products that do not meet quality requirements.
- Package and label finished parts according to instructions.
- Monitor machines and report operating issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Follow all chemical-handling, equipment, safety, and PPE procedures.
- Keep chemicals, tools, and materials properly organized.
- Maintain a clean and orderly production area.
- Perform additional coating and manufacturing duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position works in an active manufacturing environment around chemicals, catalysts, coating materials, and production machinery. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
