Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.

Warehouse Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Walton, KY

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and unassisted.
Ability to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop throughout the workday.
Ability to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use scanners during the picking and packing process.
Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on task.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and around warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required.
Ability to follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

About the Warehouse Associate Role

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Match product SKU numbers with scanner information to ensure picking accuracy.
Pick and prepare products according to outgoing orders.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure damaged products are not shipped.
Use crates and pallets to organize products for shipment.
Use scanners as part of the picking and packing process.
Maintain familiarity with product locations and priorities for outgoing orders.
Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals.
Maintain an organized and productive work area.
Work in different departments as assigned based on experience and business needs.
Follow all company safety, OSHA, and workplace procedures.
