Robot Exception Technician Requirements/Qualifications

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Relevant technical background in robotics, artificial intelligence, programming, or a related field preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to work with robot management and warehouse management systems.
Previous warehouse automation experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and equipment issues.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Safety-focused approach to working around automated equipment.
Scissor lift certification is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work.

About the Robot Exception Technician Role

As a Robot Exception Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and maintain daily robot operations to support stable and efficient warehouse automation.
Work directly inside robot operating areas to identify and address exceptions.
Safely respond to robot derails, crashes, disconnects, breakdowns, and product obstructions.
Troubleshoot robot and automation equipment issues according to established procedures and equipment manuals.
Resolve exceptions that can be safely corrected on-site.
Monitor robot tasks and ensure equipment status matches system status.
Understand and troubleshoot sensors, cameras, scanners, and other automation hardware.
Record maintenance
