Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Returns Associate.
Returns Associate Job Details
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Erlanger, KY

Returns Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Good work history required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Ability to occasionally lift over 25 lbs. and rarely lift up to or over 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to complete handwritten and computer-based forms.
- Understanding of basic safety principles, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work around noisy conditions, slippery surfaces, spilled product, torn cans, broken glass, hot water, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to follow all workplace safety procedures and proper PPE requirements.
As a Returns Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Sort returned products according to established procedures.
- Stack and organize returned products in designated areas.
- Move and handle products throughout the facility.
- Complete required activity and production documentation.
- Follow proper lifting and material-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support daily warehouse and production operations.
- Perform additional returns and material-handling duties as assigned.
