Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Forklift Operator.
Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Erlanger, KY

Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- 2+ years of outbound warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers required.
- Double forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and basic safety procedures.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to complete handwritten and computer-based documentation.
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work around noisy conditions, slippery surfaces, spilled product, torn cans, broken glass, hot water, and cleaning chemicals.
- Strong work history and dependable attendance required.
- Long-term employment commitment preferred.
About the Forklift Operator Role
As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Perform outbound warehouse and dock operations.
- Operate double forklifts as needed when qualified.
- Move and stage products in designated areas.
- Assist with material handling and other warehouse areas as needed.
- Complete required activity and production documentation.
- Follow proper lifting, PPE, and forklift safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support daily warehouse operations and production goals.
