Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Machine Operator.

Machine Operator Job Details

Schedule: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with varying days off and weekend work required
Pay Rate: $19.05/hr
Location: Hebron, KY

Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Previous machine operating experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift and handle pans weighing approximately 25 lbs.
Comfortable performing heavy lifting throughout the workday.
Agile and physically capable of moving, bending, lifting, and working around production equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work varying days and weekends as required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures.
Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment.
Spanish- and French-speaking candidates are welcome.

About the Machine Operator Role

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
Work in the makeup area handling and lifting heavy production pans throughout the shift.
Lift and move pans and materials weighing approximately 25–50 lbs.
Load and unload materials from production equipment.
Monitor machine operation and production processes.
Maintain product quality and report production concerns.
Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform additional production and machine operation duties as assigned.
