Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.20/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work a full 10-hour shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold production environment.
- Ability to follow OSHA policies and company safety procedures and requirements.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently on a production line.
- No jewelry of any kind permitted.
- No nail polish or fake nails permitted.
- Jeans or pants required; no rips, tears, or holes.
- Plain shirt required.
- Slip-resistant shoes required.
- Spanish-friendly work environment.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Work on the Flatbread production line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assist with daily production and packaging activities.
- Follow production procedures and work instructions.
- Handle materials and products throughout the production process.
- Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting production expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow OSHA requirements and all company safety procedures.
- Work safely in extremely cold temperatures of approximately -35°F.
- Wear appropriate layers of clothing and required protective equipment.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
