Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Order Picker.
Order Picker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Order Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous order-picking experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, stand, and remain active for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and flexible attitude.
- Ability to assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
About the Order Picker Role
As an Order Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick customer orders accurately according to established procedures.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare picked orders for the next stage of fulfillment.
- Verify products and quantities for order accuracy.
- Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting productivity expectations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety and company procedures.
