Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturdays as needed

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. independently.
- Ability to perform team lifts for items weighing more than 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- English-speaking and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
- Dress code: Jeans or work pants, T-shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick products and materials according to customer orders.
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Lift, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with team lifts for heavier products.
- Prepare products and materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
